Cancellation Policy

🐾 All clients are required to have an updated card on file 🐶 Any cancellations or rescheduling made under 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of services booked to the card on file. 🦴 More than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment is subject to additional $15 for tardiness. If appointment is canceled due to late arrival, no show policy is then followed - All is at groomers discretion. 🐕 No shows or cancellations day of appointment will be charged 100% of services ✨ As courtesy, reminder texts are sent 72hr & 24hr before your appointment date FLEA POLICY: We do NOT offer flea baths or treatments! If your pup comes in with fleas you will be charged the FULL amount of services booked and a $25 fee which covers fumigation, extra cleaning, and flea treatment of the salon and our equipment. Your pups groom will end immediately if fleas are present on them. All future services/ appointments will be terminated until fleas have been treated. * Dogs are recommended to be treated for pests like these throughout the year to prevent illnesses and more that comes with a flea infestation or tick bite! *
