Cancellation Policy

🐾 All clients are required to have an updated card on file 🐶 Any cancellations or rescheduling made under 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of services booked to the card on file. 🦴 More than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment is subject to additional $15 for tardiness. If appointment is canceled due to late arrival, no show policy is then followed - All is at groomers discretion. 🐕 No shows or cancellations day of appointment will be charged 100% of services ✨ As courtesy, we will still give reminder calls the day prior to appointment time, unless we have the day off, we will call two days prior.
