Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to have an updated card on file We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% of services booked fee Same-day cancellations & no-shows will be charged 100% of services booked Arrivals over 10 minutes late may be subject to a $15 late fee. If we’re unable to accommodate the appointment, our no-show policy will apply. As a courtesy, reminder texts are sent out 72hr & 24hr before appointment FLEA POLICY: For the health & safety of all our furry clients, we do not offer flea baths or flea treatments. If fleas are found on your pup during their appointment, the groom will be stopped immediately. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled services, plus a $25 flea sanitation fee to cover the additional cleaning, fumigation, & treatment of our salon and equipment. To help protect all of our clients, future appointments will be paused until your pup has been successfully treated for fleas.
